Getting help
Steadwell is a calm place to keep track of a house — what's in it, what's been done to it, and what's worth looking at next. It works entirely on your phone.
A real person reads this. Steadwell is made by one person, so a reply may take a day or two, but every message gets one.
Worth including, if you have it to hand:
- What you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected instead.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version, from Settings → General → About.
- A screenshot, if there was something on screen worth seeing.
If something has gone badly wrong
Steadwell can write everything it holds to a single backup file — More → Backup. If you're worried about losing anything, make one before you do anything else, and keep it somewhere you'll find it again. Restoring it later puts the app back exactly as it was on the day you made it.
Something missing, or an idea
The same address. Steadwell is small and deliberately unfinished in places; hearing what someone actually needed is how the next version gets decided.
